This PR adds stack navigator support to
mad-navigationandmad-core.In
mad-core,createCoreStackNavigatoris deprecated and replaced withcreateStackCoreNavigatorandcreateNativeStackCoreNavigator.The stack type you choose is displayed in the about-screen.
Closes #693 and #692
